Child Development Teacher

Teachers are responsible for creating a safe, supportive learning environment and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with florida early learning standards. They also conduct child assessments, mentor staff and interns, and maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.

Candidates must hold a child development associate certificate or an associate's degree with at least one year of experience in an educational setting. Physical ability to perform childcare duties, such as lifting up to 40 lbs and bending, is required.
