The Physical Therapist will provide direct therapy services, screenings, and assessments for children with developmental disabilities within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, fitting adaptive equipment, and collaborating with families and staff to ensure optimal student outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and possess a current NYSED license and registration. Experience treating children with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.

As a Physical Therapist in our School Age Program, you will be a vital component of a robust interdisciplinary team that is driven to ensure the most optimal outcomes for the students that Brightway Living & Learning supports. Our Physical Therapists are responsible for providing all aspects of Physical Therapy services to your assigned caseload. This includes providing direct services, screenings, assessments and evaluations and completing all required documentation.
