Core responsibilities
The bcba will conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized aba treatment plans while supervising rbts and behavior technicians. They will also deliver therapy, monitor client progress, and collaborate with families to ensure high-Quality clinical outcomes.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold an active bcba certification and a current north carolina lba license. Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
