The teacher will design, implement, and evaluate individual behavior management systems for students. They are expected to work effectively as a team member with colleagues while maintaining a flexible and organized approach.
This position is a 1.0 FTE located at Hoffman-Boston Elementary School.
Salary will be based on the FY 2026-27 salary schedule.

Candidates must possess or be eligible for Virginia licensure with a Special Education endorsement. Experience working with children with autism and knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and assistive technology are required.
