School-based Behavior Therapist

The behavior therapist works one-On-One with students to implement individualized behavior, toileting, and feeding protocols while tracking daily progress. They also develop naturalistic lesson plans and collaborate with the school team to refine teaching strategies.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma, with an associate or bachelor degree preferred. The role requires the ability to work in a school environment, manage physical demands, and maintain professional standards in behavior management.
