The Substitute Teacher supports classrooms by following lesson plans and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for children. They are responsible for supervising children, assisting with daily routines, and communicating effectively with staff and families.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass a background check. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and possess or obtain Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification.

As a Substitute Educator, you will step in to support classrooms and ensure children receive quality care and education when regular educators are absent. Guided by the Director and Administration, you will maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment while following established routines and expectations. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a genuine love for working with children.
