PROGRAM AIDE (Hierholzer Teen Center)

The program aide supports staff in delivering core programs including academic success, health, and physical education. They are responsible for maintaining classroom materials, monitoring member participation, and ensuring a safe, positive environment.

Candidates should have prior experience working with children and a working knowledge of core program areas. The role requires high energy, patience, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
