Outdoor Program Facilitator- Summer Seasonal

Supervise and engage youth ages 5-17 in various outdoor adventure activities while ensuring safety policies are strictly followed. Facilitate group transitions and lead programs such as climbing, archery, and water sports.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and possess strong communication and leadership skills. Previous experience working with youth in a recreational or educational setting is preferred.
