HS Guidance Counselor

The high school adjustment counselor provides comprehensive social, emotional, and behavioral support to students through individual and group counseling. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to implement interventions, manage caseloads, and foster a positive school environment.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field and possess appropriate massachusetts dese licensure. Experience in a school setting and proficiency in addressing the social-Emotional needs of diverse student populations are required.
