Pool Coordinator- Cordova YMCA

The pool coordinator provides supervision for children in a seasonal day camp aquatic setting while ensuring safety and cleanliness standards. They are responsible for conducting swim tests, maintaining facility equipment, and fostering positive relationships with campers and parents.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with children in a camp or aquatic setting is preferred, along with the ability to obtain cpr, first aid, and aed certifications.
