Pool Coordinator- Millington YMCA

The pool coordinator supports the supervision of children in a seasonal day camp aquatic setting while ensuring safety and cleanliness standards. They are responsible for conducting swim tests, greeting campers, and maintaining positive relations with parents and staff.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience working with children. Cpr, first aid, aed, and child abuse prevention certifications are required within 30 days of hire.
