The Youth Leader supports the Site Director by engaging with youth through purposeful programming and classroom activities. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean environment while modeling YMCA core values and fostering positive relationships with children and families.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess the ability to build authentic relationships with diverse groups. Previous experience working with children is preferred, along with a commitment to inclusion and safety standards.

The Youth Leader provides support to the Site Director by engaging with youth during programming in a nurturing childcare setting. The Youth Leader promotes and models relationship building with youth, parents, and the YMCA community.
