Early Learning Specialist

The early learning specialist provides home visits to families in housing programs, modeling educational activities and verbal interactions for children aged 16 months to 4 years. The role involves managing a caseload of 11-12 families, maintaining accurate documentation, and conducting ongoing recruitment.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, a personal vehicle with insurance, and an acceptable driving record. Experience working with young children, knowledge of child development, and the ability to work in a multicultural setting are required.
