The training specialist coordinates and delivers training programs for security officers to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements. They also manage training schedules, maintain educational materials, and evaluate trainee performance.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess an associate degree with at least one year of hr experience. Proficiency in microsoft office and the ability to read, speak, and write english are required.
