26/27 Flex Teacher ($5,000 Annual Bonus for Certified Teachers)

The flex teacher works with the teacher of record to ensure students master academic and social skills while meeting growth goals. The role also requires the teacher to be prepared to step in as the teacher of record if a vacancy arises.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher and possess a valid state teacher license or be enrolled in a credentialing program. A passion for working with students in under-Served communities and experience using data to drive instruction are required.
