The summer instructor will lead hands-On design challenges and outdoor activities, facilitating galileo’s innovative, project-Based curriculum for groups of up to 28 campers while ensuring a safe and inspiring learning environment. Responsibilities also include engaging fully in all camp activities, supervising campers during events, and providing exceptional customer service to families.

Requirements summary

Candidates need at least one year of instructional or classroom support experience in k-8 education, or equivalent relevant education and work experience, along with demonstrated experience in teaching, mentoring, or supervising children. Applicants must be at least 18 years old by may 1st, 2026, and commit to working the full duration of the camp (4-8 continuous weeks).
