Core responsibilities
The summer camp counselor will be the core presence for campers, guiding them through an impactful, safe, and engaging summer experience while staying with the same group all week. Responsibilities include supervising groups, fostering connection, collaborating with instructors on curriculum delivery, and supporting all camp activities.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have experience supervising groups of 10+ children and at least one year of related experience in camp, school, or childcare settings, with coursework in education or child development being a plus. Applicants must be at least 18 years old by may 1st, 2026, and available to work a minimum of four continuous weeks during camp operation.
