Benjamin Harrison YMCA - Aquatics - Swim Lesson Instructor

The swim instructor is responsible for providing safe and challenging swim classes in accordance with ymca and safety guidelines. They work under the direction of the program coordinator or aquatics director to ensure high-Quality instruction.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess the ability to swim, including treading water for at least 2 minutes. Applicants are required to hold or obtain specific certifications including first aid, lifeguard or aquatic safety assistant, and swim lesson certification within 90 days.
