BCBA

The bcba designs and oversees individualized aba programs, including conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans. They are also responsible for supervising rbts, analyzing session data, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation for billing purposes.

Candidates must hold a master's degree or higher and possess an active bcba certification along with an oklahoma olbab license. Experience working with children and adolescents with autism or developmental disabilities is required, as is the completion of bacb 8-Hour supervision training.
