BCBA

The bcba designs and oversees individualized aba programs, conducts functional behavior assessments, and develops behavior intervention plans. They are also responsible for supervising rbts and ensuring the integrity of clinical and billing documentation.

Candidates must hold a master's degree or higher and possess an active bcba certification along with an oklahoma olbab license. Experience working with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities is required, as is the completion of bacb 8-Hour supervision training.
