Summer Youth Job Coach - Seasonal

The job coach will support youth development by monitoring work-Related skills, resolving trainee concerns, and facilitating safe transportation to work sites. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate progress logs and developing individualized service plans for trainees.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. Applicants must also be willing to undergo a background screening and attend mandatory orientation.
