Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will implement behavior intervention plans and provide one-On-One therapy sessions for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. They are also responsible for collecting data on client progress and collaborating with bcbas to refine treatment programs.

Candidates should be compassionate and reliable individuals with a passion for working with children on the autism spectrum. The role requires the ability to maintain professional standards and effectively communicate with families and supervisors.
