Lead Toddler Teacher

The lead toddler guide is responsible for creating a purposeful, orderly montessori environment that fosters independence and curiosity in children. They will observe each child's development, provide individualized lessons, and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with families.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a child-Related field and relevant ece or child development credits. Experience working with children ages 0-3 in a group setting is required, along with an interest in obtaining montessori certification.
