Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will implement individual education plans and positive behavior support plans to help students achieve academic and behavioral goals. They are responsible for collecting data, providing behavioral and physical interventions, and collaborating with families and staff to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and the availability to work monday through friday during school hours. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred but not required as paid training is provided.
