What you'll do

As an FSET Case Manager, you'll serve as a coach, advocate, and resource connector for individuals seeking employment and self-sufficiency. You'll build meaningful relationships with participants while helping them navigate challenges and achieve personal and professional goals.

In this role, you will

✔ Provide strengths-based coaching and support that empowers individuals to succeed ✔ Assess participant needs and develop personalized employment plans ✔ Connect clients with job training, education, volunteer opportunities, and community resources ✔ Facilitate engaging job readiness workshops and employment search activities ✔ Monitor progress, celebrate milestones, and help participants stay motivated along the way ✔ Make a meaningful impact in your community—one success story at a time

Preferred Qualifications

✔ Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience ✔ Two or more years of experience in case management, workforce development, social services, employment services, or a related field ✔ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills ✔ Ability to build rapport with diverse populations ✔ A positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to participant success
