Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician is responsible for implementing direct applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy services for clients under the supervision of a bcba. They must collect and record behavioral data, complete documentation, and participate in team meetings to ensure high-Quality care.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and obtain an active rbt certification within 60 days of hire. The role requires the ability to lift 30 lbs and work in various physical positions, including on the floor.
