2nd Grade Co-Teacher - IDEA Montopolis Academy (26-27)

The co-Teacher will implement the direct instruction curriculum to provide effective student instruction and assist classroom teachers with educational development and record-Keeping. They are also responsible for managing student behavior, communicating progress to families, and participating in school-Wide meetings and professional development.

Candidates must possess at least 48 college hours or a bachelor's degree and have at least one year of experience working with children in a classroom or volunteer setting. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to master the direct instruction curriculum, are required.
