Health Educator-(Remote)-Waltham, MA

The health educator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health education and disease management programs. They also engage members in health promotion through direct calls and coordinate care resources.

Candidates must have at least an associate degree in a health-Related field and 2 years of experience in health education. Proficiency in microsoft office and strong organizational and communication skills are required.
