Residential Advisor- Second and Third Shift

The residential advisor is responsible for supervising students to ensure a safe, secure, and orderly dormitory environment. Duties include managing daily schedules, maintaining facility cleanliness, and providing guidance to support student development and program goals.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with youth and a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in microsoft office and strong interpersonal communication skills are required for this role.
