Adult Development (AD) Instructor

The instructor teaches independent living skills and provides personal care to consumers while maintaining daily curriculum and progress documentation. They are also responsible for transporting clients and ensuring compliance with program guidelines and safety standards.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds. Proficiency in documentation, communication, and adherence to safety and confidentiality policies is required.
