Physical Therapist, Home Health

Responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility and relieve pain. Serves as a clinical subject matter expert by developing workflows, mentoring staff, and educating students.

Requires a graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy school and 5 years of recent relevant experience. Must hold a valid physical therapist license, bls certification, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.
