Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide will support a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children's needs and assisting with individualized learning activities. They will also collaborate with the team to maintain an orderly, respectful, and engaging environment for children.

Candidates should have experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting. A positive, adaptable mindset and a genuine passion for early childhood education are essential.
