Core responsibilities
The intervention specialist supports the educational and behavioral goals of students with ieps by conducting assessments and facilitating iep meetings. They work cooperatively with classroom teachers to modify curricula and implement research-Based intervention strategies.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a current state teaching license and possess knowledge of state and common core standards. Experience in a full-Room inclusion or co-Teaching model is required, along with proficiency in microsoft office.
