Therapist

The therapist is responsible for leading evidence-Based group sessions and providing daily supervision and monitoring for youth assigned to the program. They serve as a key member of the site team, collaborating with community specialists to support youth development.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and hold a valid mental health license such as lcsw, lsw, or lpc. Applicants must also pass criminal background, drug, physical, and tb screenings, and meet requirements to be an eligible driver.
