Youth Development Specialist (2nd Shift)

The youth development specialist provides therapeutic care, behavioral support, and educational assistance to youth within a 24-Hour residential treatment environment. They are responsible for facilitating daily activities, documenting client progress, and ensuring a safe and supportive milieu.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma and one year of experience working with at-Risk youth. A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain childcare certification are also required.
