The esol teacher is responsible for providing instruction to english language learners, creating individual el plans, and monitoring student progress. They also manage compliance with state and federal reporting requirements and maintain accurate data for the federal programs director.

Candidates must be highly qualified and hold appropriate state certifications or endorsements for teaching esol. At least one year of experience in an esol teaching role and strong technology skills are required.
