The Lead Infant Teacher is responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of children while creating developmentally appropriate curriculum based on NAEYC standards. They will also curate activities based on children's interests and maintain effective communication with families.
Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, or 12 credits in Early Childhood Education courses. Additionally, 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility is preferred.
