The Lead Teacher is responsible for planning, supervising, and implementing a high-quality early childhood educational program aligned with school philosophy. They must also maintain a safe, healthy learning environment and communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
Candidates must hold at least an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field. Depending on the degree held, a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience working with children is required.
The Malvern School is currently seeking a Lead Teacher for the Pre-k classroom at The Malvern School of Collegeville, PA. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday.
