Core responsibilities
Provide direct and consultative speech-Language therapy services to children and adolescents with autism while developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, supervise slpas, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements summary
Requires a master’s degree in speech-Language pathology from an asha accredited program and licensure from the virginia board of audiology and speech pathology. Candidates must possess specialized knowledge in autism spectrum disorders, applied behavior analysis, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and kneeling.
