State Pre-K Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for planning, assessing, and instructing children while managing classroom activities and curriculum implementation. They also build relationships with families and mentor fellow teachers to ensure a supportive learning environment.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, family studies, or a related field. They are also required to have experience leading a classroom and the ability to meet state and center-Specific licensing and educational standards.
