Family Advocate (Early Childhood) (Head Start)

The family advocate acts as a liaison between home and school to support family engagement, child development, and overall well-Being. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of 40-45 families, conducting home visits, and connecting families to community resources.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or certification in social work and possess 1-3 years of experience in early childhood or social services. Proficiency in both english and spanish is required, along with the ability to pass background and health screenings.
