Community Support Individual

The community support individual provides in-Home support services to children and families to foster behavioral change and build life skills. They also act as a liaison between families and mental health professionals while maintaining accurate service documentation.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field and possess at least two years of experience in community support or case management. Additionally, applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid georgia driver's license.
