Recruiting & Hiring Specialist (ECI)

The recruiting & hiring specialist coordinates full-Cycle recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for early childhood impact staff. They also maintain compliance records, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure effective communication between departments and external partners.

Candidates must have at least an associate degree and two years of experience in a fast-Paced environment, with recruitment experience preferred. Proficiency in microsoft office and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality are essential.
