College Transition Advisor

The college transition advisor facilitates the successful transition of high school seniors to postsecondary pathways by providing guidance on admissions, financial aid, and enrollment. They also maintain a caseload of alumni to provide coaching and support during their first semester of college.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess prior experience working with first-Generation or low-Income students. Strong project management, communication, and database management skills are required to effectively support student matriculation and data tracking.
