Instructor, Aquatics (3341)

The swim lesson instructor is responsible for providing professional swim instruction while ensuring the safety of all pool participants. They must enforce pool policies, maintain class records, and engage with members to promote ymca programs.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and hold current certifications in first aid, bls for the professional rescuer, and emergency oxygen administration. Experience in swim instruction or coaching is required, along with the physical ability to perform various swimming strokes and rescue techniques.
