Lead Teacher

Lead teachers are responsible for coordinating daily classroom operations, planning and evaluating educational activities, and building strong relationships with children and parents. They ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and create a positive learning environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, aa degree, or bachelor of arts in early childhood education or a related field, along with a cda and msde qualification. Prior classroom experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply as training is available.
