Education Coach

As an education coach, you will support the growth and success of early childhood teachers by conducting classroom observations and ensuring the implementation of the primrose balanced learning curriculum. You will also participate in the selection and hiring of teachers and collaborate with leadership to create engaging onboarding experiences.

Candidates should have a passion for mentorship and training in early childhood education. Experience in supporting teachers and implementing educational curricula is preferred.
