Y Club Youth Development Leader

The youth development leader is responsible for supervising elementary-Aged children and leading engaging activities such as crafts and sports. They must ensure the safety of all participants while maintaining a supportive and disciplined environment in accordance with ymca and school district policies.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with school-Aged children is required, along with the ability to pass health assessments and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
