Youth Development Professional - Elementary

The youth development professional creates a safe, inclusive, and engaging after-School environment for elementary students. They facilitate activities, provide mentorship, and manage daily operations to support the academic and social-Emotional growth of the youth.

This is an entry-Level role requiring candidates to be at least 18 years of age with high emotional intelligence and integrity. While no prior experience is required, coursework or experience in childhood development or education is preferred.
