Youth Development Professional (After-School) - TK & Kinder

The youth development professional will maintain constant supervision and facilitate engaging, play-Based learning experiences to support early literacy, motor skills, and social-Emotional growth for tk and kinder children. This includes adapting lessons, managing daily operations like transitions and snack time, and building positive, trusting relationships with every club member.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or ged and at least six months of experience working with children aged 4–6 in a group setting, along with demonstrated patience and emotional intelligence. Candidates must also obtain cpr and first aid certification shortly after hiring.
